There are many processing systems used to extract whey protein and unfortunately some are very harsh and denature the proteins, lowering the biological value.  They render a product that looks good on the label but some important proteins will be denatured.

MetaPro is manufactured by using a low head ultrafiltration and microfiltration process.   It is not ion exchanged or hydrolysed.  MetaPro is low in fat.  Using this newly developed technology enables MetaPro to contain less than 0.4% denatured protein.

EASY MIXING

What are they?
