Having played 11 consecutive years of representative Rugby League for Eastern Suburbs Roosters, South Sydney Rabbitohs, Cronulla Sharks, Canterbury Bulldogs, Wynnum Manly Seagulls and the Sydney Bulls, I understand what it takes to get in shape and stay in shape. I am a qualified personal trainer and also hold a Certificate II in Sport and Recreation (Administration and Development).
